Was driving past 4*4’s with summer tyres fitted that got stuck to steep hills. The difference they made was simply shocking. No sliding sideways at every corner, no more making fast runs to get up small hills. I swear by Winter Tyres now. They got me from Belfast to Donegal, over Glenshane , during the worst of the weather last year. What more can I say?? These are marked with the 3 Snow Flake symbol as used in Switzerland and Austria etc. to denote tyres that meet the most serve winter requirements. They are also marked as “All Season” meaning you don’t have to swap them over come the end of the winter. You can run them all year if you want. They covered approx. 2,000 miles from last Nov to Feb when they were swapped off for the summer tyres that came with the car. Very deep thread. They look like new, no wear signs at all. Never punctured. Sold the car they were bought for. No longer need them as new car already has All Season tyres fitted. Universal Fitting. Please check on the FOX website for Fox Racing FX1 Silver The FOX wheels will fit Merc A & B Class as well as all Merc C Classes after 2001 without need for any additional adapters. However, as these FOX wheels are universal fitting you can buy spigot’s, Spacers and Bolts to fit pretty much any 5 stud car/jeep. This would be up to you to sort out.
