Freshly rebuilt 86.5mm early C20XE / 20XE bottom end, consists of:
Blocked decked/bored/honed/acid dipped/painted.
Oil pick up cleaned and re-fitted.
Overbore to 86.5mm using AE pistons with new rings and gudgeon pins.
Early crank re-ground using +0.25mm mains and big end bearings.
New oil pump.
8v baffled gasket set with new bolts and washers.
New ARP rod bolts.
Crank, rods & pistons assembly all balanced together.
Have receipts totalling over £700 for the rebuild alone!
